Step 1: Download the “How to Lose 10 Pounds in 10 Days” E-Book
This E-Book outlines in detail how to follow the specialized exercise/nutrition plan gives you all five variations to the exercise protocols. Everything you need to know to succeed is in here!
Step 2: Make Your Daily Checklist and Get Everything You Need
After you read the E-Book, plan out and get all the food you will need over the next ten days. It’s easier to stay on track when you already have everything you need! Next, make your daily checklist to conquer everyday. This includes:
Drink 1 gallon of water
Eat all 3 meals according to plan
Complete your workout for the day
Step 3: Start the Challenge!
After you’ve read the book, gathered everything you need, and made your checklist, you’re ready to get started! As you progress through the next ten days, remember why you started. Don’t forget to use the group chat and seek out support or accountability when you need it! And don’t be afraid to be a source of support as well. Drop some words of encouragement, give us an update on how things are going, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
