My name is Mason Miller, and I am the founder of Champion for Life Training. Over the last 10 years, I have been searching for the answer to a single question:

How can we access the full power of our mind to get the most out of life?

I’ve spent countless hours learning, researching, and developing concepts and theories from the fields of neuroscience, psychology, biology, and biochemistry. I have applied and tested all these concepts and theories through high-level competition in the sport of wrestling.

After testing EVERYTHING through thousands of wrestling matches, I discarded the things that didn’t work and further developed the things that did.

I maximized my performance through a specific set of strategies, knowledge, and mental skills which I have since passed on to numerous athletes so they too can maximize their potential.

Over this 10-year development, I have discovered a way to master the full power of a person’s mind to maximize potential and create a bulletproof way of life, a life where no obstacle is too much and every challenge is met and overcome.

This “way” that I have discovered works like a machine. It transforms you from the person you are now into the person you want to become, a greater, more motivated, more resilient version of yourself.

The Bulletproof Mindset Workbook is a highly developed 6-week program in E-Book format that takes you on a journey to learn REAL motivation, help you master self-control, develop powerful mental tools, and finally guide you through a research-proven plan to achieve your desired goal.

The Program: What is this “Machine”?

The program’s ultimate and most basic purposes are to build long-term motivation and help you accomplish your desired goal. These are the starting and end points of the machine; the rest of the machine fully develops that Bulletproof Lifestyle transformation you want! There are three phases to the program:

  1. Build motivation and create a personalized system to fuel goal achievement

  2. Maintain progressive growth and develop strategies and tools to “resist” falling back to where you started

  3. Adjust your personalized system to maximize growth and achieve your desired goal

Each day throughout the program includes a unique daily exercise for you to complete to ensure growth, development, and comprehension, and each phase has its own specific development pattern.

Phase 1 redefines motivation, guides you through a process to build long-term motivation, and allows you to create your own goal achievement plan through a highly-integrated motivational map.

Phase 2 teaches you how to master self-control through a series of self-regulation exercises and gives you powerful mental strategies to further develop that bulletproof mindset.

And finally, Phase 3 guides you through a research-proven plan to further develop your personalized system and ultimately achieve the goal you want.

Program Overview

Phase 1 is the first and most important step. The main priority in this phase is to redefine your understanding of motivation. This is critical because most people, even coaches and psychologists, incorrectly define what motivation is.

Motivation isn’t a sort-of ticket that grants us energy to do things; it isn’t a driving force. Real motivation is about taking in the values and qualities of your goal into your identity and beliefs.

This internalization of motivation is a HUGE component of goal achievement, and that is why redefining motivation is one of the foundations of this program.

Although it would be nice to just “be motivated” and reach your goal, being motivated requires a few other key concepts before it truly leads to goal attainment. After building motivation and creating your personalized plan in Phase 1, you need a way to MAINTAIN that motivation and keep it long-term. This is where Phase 2 begins.

Phase 2 has two components. The first component involves learning about how to directly improve self-control along with mastering simple but effective exercises which help you maintain the motivation you have built and continue to build upon it.

The second component involves developing powerful mental strategies which teach you how to master the full power of your mind and achieve complete control over your mental state to always give yourself the best possible chance at success. Both components of Phase 2 are critical elements in developing the Bulletproof Mindset.

Finally, Phase 3 involves combining all the tools, strategies, and new capabilities you’ve acquired to unleash an all-out assault on your goal! This is a 3-week process supported by research to help you better achieve your goal. It includes a mini-adjustment component which helps you make the necessary alterations to your personalized system to further grow yourself into that greater version of yourself, even long after you have finished this program.
