  • Daily Warm-Up/Injury Prevention

  • Tracking sheets to record reps, weight, and measure your progress

Each of the six weeks progresses you through a unique and efficient at-home training process.

  • Weeks 1-2: Acclimation - Introduces you into the program with an acclimation period to create a foundation for effective preparation over the next six weeks

  • Weeks 3-5: Strength & Endurance - Hyper-focuses on building wrestling-specific strength and endurance

  • Week 6: Testing - Testing week allowing you to fully test your growth and measure your final benchmarks
