Strength Training for Wrestlers: At Home Edition
This 6-week strength training program is the training regimen I created in preparation for senior level competition… while being stuck at home. The protocol used in this program is designed to build brawler-level strength, increase muscle density, bulletproof your lower back and knees, and maximize both strength and muscle endurance.
The only equipment required is a pull-up bar and dumbbells. This is not a “sit back and relax” type of program. You WILL BE pushed, you WILL find your limits, and you WILL discover the place beyond them. Although this program is designed for wrestlers, it can be used by anyone looking to challenge themselves and build a fighter-like physique.
